Niki Caister is a qualified chartered accountant with over twenty years experience dealing with mid-corporate businesses both in practice and in industry. She decided to set up Pay Academy having witnessed first hand the limited resource that many businesses commit to payroll and the consequences thereof.

Shirl

Shirley Hall has over twenty five years experience of running a payroll bureau for a local firm of chartered accountants. She firmly believes that outsourcing to dedicated professionals is the answer for entrepreneurs who want to grow their business but not their processes.

Mark

Mark Caister is a qualified chartered accountant with twenty five years of experience. For the last twenty years he has been running his own practice focusing on personal taxation and the provision of consultancy services to mid-corporate clients.

Tina Crampton joined Pay Academy in 2008. Having worked previously in industry as liaison to a payroll bureau, she relished the chance to see life on the other side. Tina loves the variety of running different payrolls and takes primary responsibility for all our weekly processing.
