Necessity is the mother of invention – so some wise person once said and we have seen some impressive technological developments across many aspects of business over the last couple of years. So we have a few new bells and whistles that you might be interested in so here goes…
Payment solutions
We offer a range of payment solutions to help you settle payments to your employees. Some of you are using our third party BACS solution, some of you do your own thing and some of you have a bank export file that you upload into your software. All these options work and remain available.
We do now have another option which uses the faster payments service and as such is more flexible than BACS and easier to operate than a bank file. It is called MODULR.
Essentially, we set you up with a MODULR bank account (which is pretty straight forward to do) and then each payday – you ensure that you have transferred funds into MODULR, we make the payments to the employees. Voila!
Journals
Not much to say other than the fact that we can do these for you. We can map them however you want and we can produce them as a PDF or in CSV for importing. And what’s more we do it for free. Just ask.
Portal
Many of you are already on this but not all of you. Apologies if we haven’t got to you yet but if you would like employees to be able to access their payslips and pension letters via a portal (rather than an email or paper) just let us know and we can get it sorted. All we need is email addresses for the employees (personal rather than business) and we can sort. Again – it’s free!
