Everyone can now access their individual ‘Personal Tax Account’ (PTA) via the HMRC Government Gateway. To do this they/you will need a Government Gateway login.
Simply Google ‘HMRC PTA’ and the .GOV.UK website will appear at the top of the list. This link will take you through the process. You will need your NINO and passport details in order to prove your identity.
Once you have sent up your gateway login you will be able to access your PTA. This will show your notices of coding, your estimated annual pay and your estimated annual tax bill; hours of fun.
